Terms of Use
Last updated 31 August 2026
The short version. Play fair, don't cheat or harass anyone, don't buy Robux with money that isn't yours, and remember that everything you buy in the game is a licence to use it inside the game — not property you own. If you break the rules you can lose access.
1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply to this website (starlightpark.fragpit.org), the
Starlight Park: Coaster Tycoon experience on Roblox, and the official
Starlight Park Discord community. Together we call these “the Service”. The Service is
operated by the Starlight Park team (“we”, “us”).
By using any part of the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
2. These terms sit on top of Roblox's and Discord's
We're a creator on someone else's platform. Whenever you play the experience you're also bound by the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards; in our Discord you're also bound by the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Where those platforms' rules are stricter than ours, theirs win.
3. Age
The Roblox experience follows Roblox's own age policies and age checks. Our Discord server is 13+, because Discord's Terms of Service require it — in some countries the minimum is higher. If we learn that someone in our Discord is under 13, we have to remove them. That isn't a punishment; we're not allowed to let them stay.
4. Your account and conduct
You are responsible for what happens under your account. While using the Service, don't:
- exploit, cheat, or use scripts, injectors or modified clients;
- abuse bugs for gain instead of reporting them — report them and we'll usually reward you;
- harass, threaten, impersonate or discriminate against anyone;
- post sexual content, gore, slurs, or anything unsuitable for a general audience;
- run scams, phishing, “free Robux” offers, or advertise other servers or services uninvited;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- trade in-game items or currency for real money outside the platforms' own systems.
5. Virtual items, currency and purchases
Coins, tickets, passes, gear and anything else you obtain in the experience are a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use them inside Starlight Park. They are not your property, have no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for money.
All Robux transactions are handled by Roblox, not by us. We never see your payment details. Refunds are governed by Roblox's refund policy — please take any purchase dispute to Roblox Support.
If you are under 18, get permission from whoever pays the bill before spending anything.
We may change prices, rebalance the economy, or retire an item as the game is developed. We'll avoid destroying progress where we reasonably can, but a live game changes.
6. Your creations
Parks, coaster layouts and share codes you make are yours to be proud of. By building them in the experience or posting them to our Discord, you give us permission to display, reproduce and feature them to promote Starlight Park — for example in a “Park of the Week” post, on this site, or on a billboard inside the game. We'll credit you by username where it's practical. You keep whatever rights you had; you're just letting us show it.
Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.
7. Our content
The Starlight Park name, artwork, code and assets belong to us. You may take screenshots and make videos, streams and fan art — that's encouraged. You may not resell our assets, pass the game off as yours, or make anything that implies we endorse it when we don't.
8. Availability
The Service is provided “as is”. It's an independent project that runs on platforms and infrastructure we don't control, so we can't promise it will always be online, bug-free, or that saved data will never be lost. We take reasonable care and we run backups, but you play at your own risk.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost progress, lost currency or lost time. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Enforcement
We may remove content, reset progress, or restrict or terminate access if these terms are broken. Serious cases — exploiting, scamming, or anything that endangers a minor — can mean an immediate permanent ban with no warning, and we may report it to Roblox, Discord or the authorities. For most things we warn first. If you think we got it wrong, say so calmly in Discord and we'll look again.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the game grows. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version, and significant changes will be announced in the Discord. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
11. Contact
Questions, complaints or takedown requests: reach us in the official Discord, which is the fastest route to a human.
These terms are written in plain English for a small independent game. They're not legal advice, and they don't override any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
